WE thoroughly enjoyed our week in Inatel Foz. We feel that the hotel needs improvements to make the stay more enjoyable. First of all the room we stayed in was advertised as a mountain view, but it was a slope 2 metres from the room window. The room was also extremely small. The Tuc Tuc service should be far more regular in September than it was. My wife and I, early 60's, found the extremely steep hills very tough, and left us with aches and pains. Perhaps you should advise your clients of this in the advertisements. The pool was very difficult to find and was a very strenuous walk up steep hill to get to it. On the positive side, the Hotel is in a superb location with beautiful gardens, and a view to die for, a paradise. The Staff from Reception to the Breakfast room and the Cleaning ladies were extremely helpful and very friendly, top marks to your staff. The Breakfast itself was top class, we enjoyed eating our lovely Breakfast looking at the view and being looked after by wonderful Staff. We would return to the Hotel again, but would book a room with a sea view, and we feel that the rental of a car is essential. We recommend that you advise future guests to hire a car.

Very helpful and courteous staff, attractive grounds, huge common areas and a good cafe, stunning location perched high above the lagoon, large comfortable room overlooking the lagoon, excellent buffet breakfast included in the price and a good value buffet meal in the evening. We were so impressed that we're considering staying in other Inatel Hotels in Portugal and on its islands.

Staff were very accomodating with storing our bikes and our specific needs. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was above average with various assortments of meats, fruits and sweets.
